Internet. Phones. IT. Security. One local team. One bill.
Running a business is complicated enough without having to work out whether an outage belongs to the internet provider, phone company, Wi-Fi, firewall or IT support team. Just In Tech brings your business connectivity and technology support together, with one local team taking ownership and helping you get the right outcome.
One accountable team
When something stops working, you should not have to referee several suppliers. We look across the connection, phones, router, firewall, Wi-Fi, devices and cloud services, then help coordinate the fix.
One simpler monthly bill
Eligible internet, phone and managed technology services can be bundled through Just In Tech, reducing supplier sprawl and making your monthly technology costs easier to understand and manage.
A safer move, not a blind switch
We review contracts, phone numbers, static IPs, EFTPOS, VPNs, alarms, cameras, cloud systems and failover needs before recommending a change, so important dependencies are less likely to be missed.
See whether your current setup still fits your business
Start with a practical, no-obligation review of the services you already have. We will identify unnecessary complexity, resilience gaps, upcoming contract risks and opportunities to consolidate services before preparing a tailored recommendation or quote.
A connection problem is rarely just a connection problem
Slow cloud applications may be caused by the circuit, Wi-Fi, firewall, device, DNS, VPN or application itself. Call quality can be affected by the internet connection, internal network, handset, routing or phone platform. When every component has a different supplier, diagnosis becomes slow and frustrating.
Just In Tech approaches connectivity as part of your wider technology environment. We investigate the whole service path, communicate clearly and coordinate the parties involved, rather than sending you back to the next provider in the chain.
Everything your business needs to stay connected
Choose the services you need now, or bring them together as a managed solution designed around your users, locations, security requirements and tolerance for downtime.

Ask us about adding Internet and Phones to your existing IT relationship
When we already manage your IT or security, bringing eligible connectivity services under the same relationship gives us better visibility of the whole environment and gives your team one familiar place to call.
Choose the level of ownership your business needs
We will recommend a solution based on risk, resilience, support expectations and budget, rather than forcing every business into the same package.

Implement & Support
We coordinate ordering, porting, equipment, cutover and ongoing support, with one team responsible for keeping it moving.
Connectivity viewed through the lens of your whole business

Talk to Our Local TeamFor organisations that cannot afford connectivity confusion
Solutions can be designed for a single office, a busy customer-facing site, remote workers or a multi-site operation.
Questions to ask before changing providers
A clean transition depends on understanding the services connected to your current setup. These are some of the areas we work through during the free review.
We can still review the environment now, identify renewal dates and help you plan ahead rather than making a rushed decision later.
Can you port our existing business phone numbers?
In most cases, yes. We review the numbers, account details, existing services and dependencies before planning the port. Numbers should not be cancelled with the current provider before the porting process has been confirmed.
Will changing internet disrupt the business?
Any change can carry risk, which is why we review timing, equipment, static IPs, VPNs, cloud systems, EFTPOS and other dependencies first. Where practical, we plan overlap or staged cutover options to reduce disruption.
Can you provide backup internet?
Yes. Depending on coverage, equipment and business requirements, options may include 4G, 5G, wireless or a secondary fixed connection. We will explain what will and will not continue operating during failover.
Do you support the router, firewall and Wi-Fi?
Yes, where supported managed equipment is included in the solution. This gives us better visibility and allows the network to be managed as part of the wider connectivity service.
Can Internet and Phone services be bundled with our Managed IT Plan?
Eligible services can be brought into the same Just In Tech relationship. This may provide one local support team, clearer ownership and a consolidated monthly bill alongside your managed IT and security services.
Can you support more than one site?
Yes. We can review multiple sites, connection types, phone requirements, remote access, security and consistency between locations, then recommend a suitable approach.
Do we need to replace all of our current equipment?
Not automatically. We assess whether existing routers, firewalls, switches, access points and handsets are suitable, supported and capable of meeting the required outcome. Any replacement recommendation will be explained in the quote.
What will we receive after the free review?
You will receive a clear summary of the current environment, key risks or gaps, recommended next steps and, where appropriate, a tailored quote and transition plan. There is no obligation to proceed.
