Justin leads Just In Tech with senior experience across business IT, Managed Services, Microsoft 365, infrastructure, cyber security, and technology planning. He has led security focused work in New Zealand financial and health sector environments, where privacy, governance, reliability, and risk management are critical. Justin guides the team’s technical direction and helps customers make practical, secure, long term technology decisions.
Karen Prebensen
People, Culture & Payroll
Karen supports the people, culture, and planning side of Just In Tech. Her role covers HR, payroll, wellbeing, internal support, and helping maintain a workplace that is organised, respectful, and sustainable. Karen helps keep the business grounded in its values and contributes to strategic planning, making sure growth decisions consider people, culture, family first values, long term resilience, and the quality of service customers receive.
Tina Sun
Business Operations Manager
Tina keeps the business operations side of Just In Tech running smoothly, supporting systems, reporting, administration, supplier coordination, customer processes, and service consistency. She brings strong Microsoft 365 licensing knowledge along with extensive IT procurement and supply chain experience, helping customers make better decisions around hardware, software, subscriptions, renewals, and availability. Tina connects the detail behind the scenes with practical outcomes for customers.
William
Senior Systems Engineer
William supports the deeper technical side of Just In Tech, helping with complex system issues, senior escalations, infrastructure, cloud services, device management, and advanced troubleshooting. His role gives customers confidence that difficult problems have a clear escalation path. William helps strengthen reliability, security, and performance across customer environments, especially when issues require careful investigation and senior engineering experience.
Daniel Cairns
Service Delivery Analyst
Daniel helps keep support moving in the right direction across ticket flow, triage, customer communication, coordination, and service quality. He brings a breadth of IT knowledge and wider workforce experience, giving him a practical understanding of what it feels like on the customer side of technology. Daniel knows IT issues affect people, deadlines, confidence, and productivity, so he focuses on clear communication and a better support experience.
Darin
IT Support Analyst
Darin is often one of the first people customers interact with when they need help. He provides friendly frontline support, practical troubleshooting, onsite assistance, and clear communication to help resolve everyday IT issues. Darin brings useful hands-on knowledge across hardware support, device setup, user support, and common business technology problems. He helps customers get back to work quickly while keeping support approachable and easy to understand.
Jordan
IT Support Analyst
Jordan provides practical frontline IT support and onsite assistance, helping customers with day-to-day technology issues, device troubleshooting, setup work, and hands-on problem solving. His role is focused on getting issues moving quickly, supporting customers in a clear and helpful way, and making sure practical technical work is handled properly. Jordan strengthens the team’s ability to respond to everyday support needs with confidence and care.
