Even the best laid out plans can fall flat when under pressure, so we will work with you key staff members to ensure that they are comfortable with the BCP and can run through scenarios.
All servers are housed in New Zealand with your data securely stored on servers based in the North and South island. The primary servers are in Albany, Auckland, and a copy of all data is kept in our backup data center in Blenheim.
Our Online Backup System works by using a backup client application that is installed on a customer’s computer or server. This software backs up, and encrypts certain data, which is then sent via the internet for storage on a remote computer, thus giving the data the utmost protection for problems such as fire, theft, natural disaster or hardware failure.
