Email Settings

To add your @ptsl.co.nz email account to your phone please use the following instructions:

  1. Open the Outlook app on your phone (If not already installed you can download from the Google Play Store - See links above)
  2. Tap on "Get Started" -> Enter your email address -> "Continue" Tap "?" at top right -> "Change account provider" -> "Exchange"
  3. Manual Settings
    - Email
    - Password (same as what you use to logon to you computer)
    - Description
  4. Tap on "Advanced Settings"
    - Server: smtp.ptsl.co.nz
    - Domain\Username: ptsgroup\Username
  5. Tap the tick top right -> your account should now be added.
