How to Connect to a Remote Session

Remote accessing an Apple Mac

Go to https://www.justintech.co.nz/ -> My Support -> Remote Support

  1. Type in supplied code and press enter
  2. Once file has downloaded then run it
  3. In Catalina or newer you need to allow permissions by: Click on the Apple Symbol (Top left) -> "System Settings"
  4. Then click on "Privacy & Security"
  5. Then you will need to change three settings, in:
    "Accessibility"
    "Full Disk Access"
    "Screen Recording"

  6. For each of the above select "Just In Tech Remote Support Client" / Screenconnect or Connectwisecontrol-sbbe... (if not there press + and browse to where the remote tool was download to and select that file - See number 7 below)

  7. If you need to manually browse for the temp remote, do so by:

    a. Press + and browse to where the remote tool was download to and select that file (Downloads -> Just In Tech Remote Tool)


    b. If it prompts click on "Later"
