Still can’t connect

If you can’t connect using our main remote client you can use our alternative remote client.

Using Internet Explorer?
1. Download this file: AeroAdmin.exe

2. Click on “Run” at the bottom of the screen

3. If you  are prompted with a “User Account Control” click on “Yes”

4. Once the application has loaded read the ID to your technician

5. When prompted click on “Accept” to connect to your technician

Using Chrome?
