Home Business Support

Managed Services Suitable for small businesses where you run your business off a sole computer (where up-time of that computer is critical). Includes:

  • Two hours Support* – Onsite, remote and phone
  • Computer Maintenance for 1 – 2 Computers
  • Verify back up’s are running and valid
  • Priority response time – Technician will be onsite or resolve remotely within 24 hours
  • Internet Connection Monitoring**
  • Managed/Unmanaged remote service available

Small Business Support

Managed Services Suitable for a small office with 1 to 10 staff members with a basic network layout. Typically services such as email will all hosted offsite and typically managed by a 3rd party (typically your ISP, Head Office or on a Cloud Based Service). Includes:

  • Four hours Support* – Onsite, remote and phone
  • Computer Maintenance for 1 – 10 Computers
  • Verify back up’s are running and valid
  • Priority response time – Technician will be onsite or resolve remotely within 24 Hours
  • Internet Connection Monitoring**
  • Managed/Unmanaged remote service available – Suitable for Desktop and Laptop users who are not in the office
  • Bi-Monthly Report (Please contact us for a sample report)

Premium Support

Managed Services Suitable for a medium sized office with 10 to 20 staff members with a basic network layout. There may be servers onsite for Email and server based applications. Includes:

  • Eight hours Support* – Onsite, remote and phone
  • Computer Maintenance for 1 – 20 Computers
  • Minimum one site visit per month
  • Verify back up’s are running and valid
  • Priority response time – Technician will be onsite or resolve remotely within 24 Hours
  • Server monitoring
  • Internet Connection Monitoring**
  • Managed/Unmanaged remote service available – Suitable for Desktop and Laptop users who are not in the office
  • Bi-Monthly Report (Please contact us for a sample report)

* Time is is not carried over from month to month, although if you have a big project/migration this can be negotiated in advanced. Discounted rate for ad hoc work not covered by agreement

** Just In Tech will need to be authorised on your Internet Service Provider (ISP) Account so if there is an issue involving your ISP we can contact them and work with them to resolve the fault. Please note that you must have a Static IP.
